If you want to return the purchased goods, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. You don't have to give a reason. All you need is:  

- you fill in the return form correctly,

- unused, labeled goods together with the   proof of purchase will be packed in the original packaging,  

- the goods are undamaged in the return transport due to poor packaging. 

We will refund the cash no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the return. 

COD or cash on delivery shipments will not be collected and will be returned to the Sender.
